The legal status of National Assembly Deputies begins after the National Assembly has confirmed the delegate position at the first meeting session of the first term of each Congress. The term of National Assembly Delegates is begun counting from the first meeting session of the National Assembly to the first meeting session of the next National Assembly.

National Assembly Delegates elected in a province or municipality shall constitute the delegation of National Assembly.

The National Assembly Delegation shall may be the full-time deputies. The Delegation has one head and one deputy head.

Members of the National Assembly Delegation take responsibility in implementing the task program and are assigned by the Delegation, contributing to improve the effectiveness of the National Assembly Delegation.
