In particular, as part of the coordination to build e-government toward digital government, FPT has completed the installation of the Open Data Portal, putting some data on the Portal; at the same time, it continues to coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications to survey and plan to upgrade the e-Dong Thap application, deploying testing platforms to form a shared data source for the province.

In the field of education, FPT proposed investing in the construction of an inter-level high school with an estimated area of about 10 hectares in Cao Lanh city, as well as the establishment of a training facility for FPT Polytechnic College. It was envisioned as a setting that would produce high-quality human resources in information technology for the province and the Mekong Delta region.

Based on the province's advantages and FPT's strengths, Chairman of the PPC - Mr. Pham Thien Nghia - proposed that FPT promote the signed contents, focusing on investing in the field of digital transformation, paying attention to the fields of digital transformation, proposing solutions to support the province in promoting the application of information technology and implementing a unified and comprehensive digital transformation, catching up with the decentralized digital transformation.

The Chairman also welcomed FPT's proposal to construct inter-level schools and colleges, suggesting that it could be studied in the future to form an education complex.

Mr. Pham Thien Nghia proposed that the company and related departments conduct a survey on a favorable location to study and invest in the project of a high-quality inter-school system to expedite investment cooperation. Simultaneously, Dong Thap province stated that it would accompany and create the best possible conditions for FPT in the process of researching and implementing investment in the area.
