At a meeting on February 22nd, 2023, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Doan Tan Buu, and leaders of the Business Frontier Union (Japan) and Nhat Huy Khang Joint Stock Company unanimously agreed on the above message.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee exchanged information with the Japanese Union

According to Mr. Doan Tan Buu, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC), Dong Thap has strengthened its relationship and cooperation with Japanese provinces in recent years, particularly in the field of job training. Since 2017, the province has sent over 8.000 workers to Japan, nearly 2.500 of whom are employees of Nhat Huy Khang Joint Stock Company.

Dong Thap province has 319 employees working at Business Frontier Union, with industries such as packaging, food, arranging goods, plastic molding, printing, metal stamping, construction, electronic assembly, machine maintenance, industrial packaging, equipment and machine assembly, and so on.

Mr. Doan Tan Buu expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the working environment at the Japanese Trade Union, which has helped Dong Thap employees improve their income, knowledge, skills, and working style.

Business Frontier Union and Nhat Huy Khang Joint Stock Company will be crucial partners in the future. Mr. Doan Tan Buu wishes to continue coordinating and cooperating in this and other areas.

The leaders of Dong Thap province hope that the Union will pay special attention to the province in managing workers and ensuring their rights and obligations while working abroad for Dong Thap province's laborers working in Japan.

Apart from appreciating the quality of Dong Thap's employees, the Union also shared difficulties caused by the recent COVID-19 epidemic, which has resulted in a shortage of labor resources at companies. As a result of this visit, Japanese companies hope to resume their cooperation relationship in order to recruit Dong Thap laborers to work in Japan.

During the meeting, the two parties also discussed how to support and provide job orientation for workers who return home. According to Mr. Doan Tan Buu, Vice Chairman of the PPC, if this goal is met, it will not only demonstrate the province's responsibility to employees, but it will also instill confidence in employees who participate in the program of bringing laborers to work abroad for a limited time.
